Michael P. Marchetti is the Fletcher Jones Endowed Chair of Biology at St. Mary’s College of California. Michael holds an MSc and PhD in ecology from the University of California, Davis, and a BSc in biology and chemistry from Bucknell University. He has over 30 years of experience working on aquatic ecosystems, conservation, invasion biology, and food web ecology. He has worked in California, Oregon, Nevada, Mexico, Hawai’i, and New Zealand and has authored numerous publications. Michael also coauthored Invasion Ecology and Protecting Life on Earth.
