Job Title: International Sales and Marketing Assistant
Reports To: Head of International Marketing
Location: Central London office (with two homeworking days per week)
Position: Full Time

About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised International Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our small, dynamic team. This role supports the delivery of marketing campaigns to promote awareness of Norton textbooks and digital courseware to academics across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Australia. You’ll also provide key administrative support to the international college department and customer service to lecturers and students using Norton’s products.

Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Outreach: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, webinars, and marketing reviews.
- Designing Marketing Collateral: Create handouts, brochures, and sales tools for Academic Consultants and freelance reps.
- Digital Product Support: Promote Norton’s teaching and learning tools in territories not covered by field reps.
- Ebook Code Management: Handle code generation for trials, website stock, Wiley stock, customer service issues, and VitalSource.
- Market Research: Conduct research on course opportunities, lecturer contacts, and competitor texts to enrich data and support sales outreach.
- Customer Service: Manage the customer service inbox, sampling process, and instructor resource approvals, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- CRM Maintenance: Keep Salesforce up to date with contact details and sales opportunity data.
- Metadata & Website Support: Assist with maintaining product metadata and pricing accuracy across platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Interest in higher education and educational technology
- Excellent attention to detail and strong copywriting skills
- Organised, efficient, and able to manage a varied workload
- Strong communication skills and a confident, enthusiastic approach
- Creative flair; experience with InDesign, Photoshop, or Canva is a plus
- Comfortable with IT systems and quick to learn new tools, including CRM platforms like Salesforce
