Job Title: International Sales Assistant
Reports To: Head of International Sales and Marketing
Location: Central London office (with two homeworking days per week)
Position: Full Time

About the Role
We are looking for an International Sales Assistant to join our college sales team. This role provides essential operational support for the international department, with a strong focus on the behind‑the‑scenes work that keeps our sales activity running smoothly, including pricing, quoting, and ensuring our products are discoverable. The position also involves some inside sales and account support, along with key administrative duties and customer service for lecturers and students using Norton’s products.

Key Responsibilities
- Market Research: Identify course opportunities, lecturer contacts, and competitor titles to support targeted sales outreach.
- Sampling Coordination: Manage digital and print sampling to lecturers across all international territories.
- Customer Service: Oversee the customer service inbox, instructor resource approvals, and general support for lecturers and students using Norton materials.
- Sales Support & CRM: Log activities, track opportunities, and maintain accurate records in our Salesforce-based CRM.
- Metadata & Website Accuracy: Help maintain product metadata, pricing, and discoverability across platforms.
- Territory Coverage: Provide proactive outreach and account support in regions without a dedicated sales representative.
- Instructor Support: Assist instructors evaluating or adopting Norton’s course materials.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Exceptional attention to detail: able to manage pricing, metadata, and CRM updates with accuracy and consistency.
- Strong written and verbal communication: confident interacting with lecturers, colleagues, and international sales agents.
- Highly organised and efficient: comfortable handling a varied workload, juggling deadlines, and keeping processes running smoothly.
- Proactive and service‑oriented: takes initiative in supporting instructors, responding to queries, and identifying sales opportunities.
- Tech‑confident and quick to learn: comfortable navigating CRM systems (especially Salesforce), digital platforms, and internal tools.
- Interest in higher education and educational technology: motivated by supporting instructors and improving student learning experiences.
