Cross Border Transfers

Norton may transfer your personal information outside of your country of residence for the following reasons:

For instance, Norton has office locations in the United States and the United Kingdom and we use a service provider based in India. Such processing may include, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services

·       In order to satisfy global reporting requirements, Norton may be required to provide your personal information to Norton affiliates in other countries, in particular the United States.

We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your personal information is treated securely and subject to appropriate safeguards (such as relying on a recognised legal transfer mechanism where a restricted transfer under UK or EU data protection rules takes place), and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
