Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a physical product purchased from John Wiley & Sons or the product is damaged or defective on delivery, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a replacement copy or a full refund. If you choose to return the product and it is not damaged or defective you must return the product as delivered in a new, unused condition. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless John Wiley & Sons delivered the item/s to you in error or the item/s is damaged or defective.

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if you have purchased digital content, you have 14 days after the day the Contract is formed—or earlier if you start downloading or streaming—to change your mind, cancel the contract and receive a refund.  If we delivered the digital content to you immediately, and you agreed to this when ordering, you will not have a right to change your mind and cancel.
